So, I request the help of everybody who has read The Body Finder to tell me if I should either a) Read The Body Finder and then read this one, or b) Give this book away to someone who really wants it.
Is The Body Finder good? Cause I was about to buy it but then I read this rather awful review on it, and the person who wrote it seemed to me like they knew what they were talking about.
You should definitely read it! I thought it was awesome.
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed TBF! If you like mysteries, an eerie look inside a killer's mind every now and then, and don't mind a slow suspense-building pace, then I think you'll enjoy it =)

I have The Body Finder but haven't read it yet. I hear it's really awesome though! :D

I enjoyed The Body Finder quite a bit. I thought it was a great idea, and I liked Violet. Definitely think it's worth a try. However, if you decide not to, I'll take Desires of the Dead off your hands ;)

I think you should give The Body Finder a try! It was a good story and the parts where the serial killer narrated? I had chills when I read his parts.

the inner me says me me me!! but i have actually heard great things about the body finder, so truthfully i would keep it and get yourself a copy of the body finder and give it a shot :)

I say give The Body Finder a try. I loved it! Never hurts to try a book.
ReplyDeleteI was admittedly disappointed in TBF, but I am still looking forward to book 2. Kim is a really great writer, and damn that woman can write a kiss! The scenes from the killer's POV were perfectly creepy, too. The romance is what killed it for me, but overall the idea was good. I'd say maybe give it a chance... it's still a good read.

The characters, the writing, the suspense, the romance, I loved everything about it & I'm looking forward to reading this one. I'm actually jealous of you for having it ;) I recommend to you to read The Body Finder :) I hope you'll enjoy both!
ReplyDeleteHi! I have never commented on your blog before but with this post I couldn't help myself. I am not a book blogger or reviewer, just someone who loves to read. I LOVED The Body Finder. There was great romance and a great mystery. I think it is defiantly worth giving it a try, especially since you are so lucky to have Desires of the Dead early. I also believe that I have many positive reviews for it. I defiantly don't regret reading of buying The Body Finder. I hope that helps. :)
