Welcome to the house of Hollow.
In a dystopian future, sixteen year old Leah Munro has been sold to a rich woman in a crippling mansion. And soon Leah discovers that there is something eerie and mysterious going on around the home, and with the help of three other girls, she attempts to uncover what is truly happening... what is behind all of the plexiglass windows and the hideous screams in the middle of the night? Leah will soon find out.Love the cover! The summary is a little bit so so, it talks about a dystopian future but it doesn't go into why is it a dystopian future or whats different. No matter, we shall find out when we read the novel right?
If you go to it's Goodreads page you will find an excerpt of the novel! Also I started a data base of all the covers of 2011 and 2012 by album over at Bloody Bookaholic's Facebook page. It's like the slideshow up top but more accessible and it includes summary and information on it's cover.
I just started the page, but like it! It will be full of valuable bookish information ^^
Freaking LOVE this cover. Not so sure about the summary though. But like you said, we shall find out.
ReplyDeleteI love how you always stay updated on upcoming book!

Love the cover, but the summary does make me curious. I have to agree with you on the dystopian part.

OOOOH, LOVE THE COVER! I don't know how to feel about the summary, but it is dystopia. Maybe they'll add more to it later?! :D
ReplyDeleteNew to me!

I was thinking the same! It does sound good, but it does not sound dystopian.

This blurb leaves a lot open!
ReplyDeleteLike the sound of it though =)
Yeah, the synopsis confused me a bit with the dystopian thing -- but I love the eerie haunted house vibe going on. Kind of reminds me of Miss Havisham's in Great Expectations ;D I am intrigued!
