Cover Revealed: Pandemonium, a Delirium novel (#2) by Lauren Oliver

Hardcover, 448 pages
Expected publication: March 6th 2012
by HarperTeen
Lauren Oliver captivated readers with Delirium, the first book in a thrilling dystopian trilogy in which Lena Haloway dared to fall in love with Alex and escape the cure, the government-mandated procedure that renders a person immune to the disease of love. Lena and Alex staked their lives on leaving their oppressive society, but only Lena broke free.
Pandemonium continues Lena’s gripping story. After escaping from Portland, Maine, Lena makes it to the Wilds and becomes part of an Invalid community, where she transforms herself into a warrior for the resistance. A future without Alex is unimaginable, but Lena pushes forward and fights, both for him and for a world in which love is no longer considered a disease. Swept up in a volatile mix of revolutionaries and counterinsurgents, Lena struggles to survive—and wonders if she may be falling in love again.
Full of danger, forbidden romance, and exquisite writing, Lauren Oliver’s sequel to Delirium races forward at a breathtaking pace and is sure to appeal to fans who crave the high-stakes action of The Hunger Games and the bittersweet love story of Romeo & Juliet.
Isn't she lovely? Isn't it beautiful? I have to read Delirium... That's it, after Undercurrent I am reading Delirium and getting up to date with this fantastic series. I love the orange color, it also goes with the new cover...

Did you guys enjoy Delirium? Was it as good as they say?

  1. I absolutely adored DELIRIUM! One of the first books that's gotten me emotionally attached in a while. And usually I hate when the previous book's paperback cover matches the next book's hardcover, but somehow this one works for me. I still love the original hardcover for DELIRIUM the best, but all of the covers are beautiful. :)

  2. I like the Pandemonium cover and prefer the new Delirium cover. I loed Deirium and cannot wait for the next book! I borrowed someone's copy from BEA way back when so I've been dying forthe sequel forever now.

  3. I loved Delirium! I am so excited for Pandemonium to hit shelves, and I love the new cover(s).

  4. I too loved Delirium! Can't wait for this book!

  5. What a gorgeous cover! And it goes amazingly well with the paperback cover of Delirium.

I loved Before I Fall and really need to get started on Delirium soon!

  6. OMG! Is that Katherine McPhee on the cover!?

  7. I am reading Delirium now. Too early to gush about how good it is, I'm still reading and deciding.

  8. I rally loved Delirium! When I bought it, I thought it was going to be a stand-alone novel, and not a series/trilogy, but I'm incredibly excited to read the next. Now, if only Pandemonium would come out sooner!!

  9. I like this cover but it still isn't good enough for this great series!
