**EDITED ON FEB.03** Found the bigger cover. It looks good, but I don't know, it doesn't look as good as the rest of them. Maybe because of the pose? It does look kind of awkward... Anyways! Will still devour this book once it's out and about!!

It is a bit small. But I do love all the purple. And her dress is pretty awesome.

Oooh, even from the super tiny and blurry picture, it looks lovely. I'm glad they continued using the unique style they've been using for the series, it's so eye-catching. I'm loving the purple. :D I can't wait to see larger version of it!

Yea, I agree with you. This cover looks ok, but I like the earlier ones better. Maybe because she is too centered? Adds less drama to the cover. Gotta start up this series again. Started with the first book but got sidetracked! Thanks for posting!!

ReplyDeleteI don't read this series anymore, but I still like the covers. I just wish that her face had more obscured on all of the covers. Don't know exactly why, I just don't like that bit about it. Not that she isn't pretty, it's just that she doesn't favor the MC that much when you get down to it.

ReplyDeleteI LOVE the purlple!!! But I agree with you, Blameless is still my favorite. I LOVE the RED and the story is the best so far...cross your fingers. It can only get better!

ReplyDeleteIsn't she supposed to be pregnant in this one? She certainly looks it in this dress. Back in that century wouldn't she have had to disguise it well since it was taboo to show your pregnancy if you were anybody of any importance. Not that she would care, but I'm wondering how she handles it because we know she's not sitting at home with her feet propped up!

ReplyDeleteIt's hard to tell what it looks like in this size but I think I don't like it that much. The costume and the woman... they just don't look like the woman on the other covers and it's supposed to be the same character, isn't it?
