What is up with making YA paranormal books into movies? Everybody is pretty much trying to ride on the Twilight wave. It bugs me a bit because most people are just trying to make money out of our poor fan hearts, but I am so freaking happy for the authors and as a fan in general really. I think it's great!!! Congratulations Kiersten!
Now, what do you think? Have you read Paranormalcy? You should if you haven't. Here's my review on the book. Go, read Paranormalcy and fall in love.
This is awesome! Haven't read the book but now I'll have to! =P

WOOHOO!! Congrats to Keirsten.
ReplyDeleteI LOVED Paranormalcy and Ive just started reading Supernaturally
Every time I hear about another ya book being made into a movie, two things happens immediately: I get really happy - then I get really mad. Happy for the authors and as a fan (Paranormalcy was amazing!) but then I worry that it wont' be as good so I get mad. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it", right?
ReplyDeleteI'll definitely go see it when it comes out, I just hope they do it justice.
Thanks for sharing!

ReplyDeleteI love this book! I hope that there are more books about Evie and Lend they are so cute together<3 if this was a movie (hopefully one day it will be) it would be my favorite!!!!!:)
ReplyDeleteOMG! Read the book, love the book! I hope they do it justice with the movie. It wouldn't bother me so much that everybody wants to make YA books into movies if they stuck to the story we fell in love with in the first place.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the post!
