I just love the actor they picked for Percy, though I'm not sure for Annabeth and Grover. And the way he controls the water? Damn!

I really want to see Percy Jackson, it looks really good! I loved the Lightning Thief, and when I finally finish the series, it will probably still be my faorite. :)

ReplyDeleteIt's funny that you posted this today. I was talking to my students about this series early this year. They LOVE it. I hadn't read it. Well I came across the trailer the other day and fell in love it with. I've got to read this series now. My students told me it was about time. We even watched the movie trailer in class today. They were impressed. I reminded them that the book was always better :)

ReplyDeleteOoh! I can't wait to see this movie- Percy Jackson, I mean. I agree on the casting, Percy is perfect, but Annabeth is a little off. I think they wanted her character to favor Athena more, so they went with dark hair.

ReplyDeleteOMG I LOVE THESE BOOKS so so much and i cannot wait for this movie. Logan Lerman is playing Percy, and he is such an awesome guy. I just saw an ad on TV for this today too and spilled water down my shirt in my excitement. :D
