I do not know if Glee is going to have a season 5. I do not know what the writers could possibly rescue from this loss, and I on my part really don't expect anything. I wouldn't put Lea through the pain of having to pretend to be with someone else in the show just for our entertainment, nor do I know how the cast could possibly go on air so soon after this loss. I don't know what story line could possibly survive from this, but whatever they do I will support and watch, even if it breaks my heart a little every time.
We will miss you Cory, so so much. Now I am going to go and binge watch Glee because I am still a little bit in denial.

I'm still in shock! The thing is I haven't seen the show in ages, so this past week I was watching season 3 and last night I watch a bunch of episodes. To wake up this morning to the news of his death!

It's really sad and heartbreaking. My daughter came running into my bedroom at 1 am and she couldn't even talk. She's like OMG, he... he's dead. And she showed me her iPad with Cory's picture and the headline. My first thought was NO. She saw it in her Twitter feed but didn't know if it was true until she checked the news feed and saw it there. Totally unexpected and just really, really sad.
ReplyDeleteSo very sad about this news. I stopped watching Glee with season 3 but Cory's character was my favorite. He was a talented guy and I feel really bad for his family and friends and all who loved him.
ReplyDeleteI was tempted to pull out my Season 1 DVDs to watch but don't think I am ready to do that yet.
I found out this morning and at first I thought/hoped it was a rumor or maybe a show spoiler.

So very sad. Just loved his acting and his voice. He will be missed.
ReplyDeleteI was so saddened by the news this morning. I still am having a hard time believing it. I will never forget what Cory brought to the show and he will be extremely missed. His performance of "I'll Stand By You" will always be one of my favorites. I will continue to watch Glee, but I don't think it will ever be the same.
