No humans, he thought. It was an old rule of his."I really like Skye, and Balthazar always was sort of handsome in that dark and mysterious way. I still really dislike these covers, they suck. I just hope that this book, and their relationship, is better than the Evernight series (I was not a big fan of the final book, or the one before that one... basically the moment she died -Bianca- and became a wraith I wasn't on board). How excited are you about Balthazar? About him and Skye? About Skye?

Evernight series - I agree. Once she became a wraith, I was like... Ummm. But I was totally into the series cos of the love triangle - got me all worked up and everything.
ReplyDeleteI've read Balthazar, and man do I dream a big dream to even meet a guy like him. (never going to happen)
but hey, a girl can dream right ;) it's a good book, finished it in a day though... Wished it was longer or a part 2 or something. I like the "Back In Time" parts. Really cool to look more into Balthazar than Skye. Skye was cool too.
EVERNIGHT SERIES - I agree, last two books took me a whole lot of time to finish. I didn't like it as much as the first two but that's only because she became a wraith which kinda sucked.
ReplyDeleteI've read Balthazar. I finished the book within hours, I couldn't put it down. Even when I became hungry I did budge. It's that good from start to finish. All I have to say is *drools* I can only dream of meeting someone like Balthazar. Too bad not many guys are like him.
