And Daniel's supposed to be the equivalen...Yep! And Daniel's supposed to be the equivalent of Mr. Wickham... we just love to hate them scoundrels! xD GASP. You MUST read P&P. It's quite lovely... it's just kinda hard to get into since it's old-fashioned English. But it's witty! I did like the ending of the book where she says that everytime she sees the sweater, she explodes with shame. I was like, daaaamn! what did you and Mr. Darcy do? xDSandyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18119179764394966859noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2897777812787333518.post-59429903592167440532009-06-02T19:42:30.841-07:002009-06-02T19:42:30.841-07:00And in the book the author actually makes a refere...And in the book the author actually makes a reference to Pride & Prejudice, so you can kind of get from that that she was inspired ( I mean Mr. Darcy? Seriously? hahaha)Natascha De Marcohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13518786455521515538noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2897777812787333518.post-71153301740461499162009-06-02T19:41:22.661-07:002009-06-02T19:41:22.661-07:00Not at all! I like questions.
Well I'm totally...Not at all! I like questions.
Well I'm totally embarresed but I have not read P&P :s I want to, but I just don't get around to it! I think I watched the movie though...

And I have watched the movie, and I have to say Bravo, the movie was pretty much the book. I even downloaded it! Gonna watch in a few...

And Yes Mr.Darcy had to show up more, I felt like he was the last option and Bridget just jumped right into it, it was the right choice, but really it seemed like she would have been with anyone at that point ( calling ex, thinking about The Devil- Daniel.)Natascha De Marcohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13518786455521515538noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2897777812787333518.post-60040708114798815102009-06-02T18:24:48.114-07:002009-06-02T18:24:48.114-07:00Very informative and true. You know Helen Fielding...Very informative and true. You know Helen Fielding named him Mr. Darcy on purpose? She was inspired by Pride & Prejudice...Bridget's situation is an echo of Elizabeth Bennet's confusion between Mr. Wickham and Mr. Darcy. Did you read P&P? And have you seen the movie for Bridget Jones? And I hope I don't sound too annoying with all my questions...xD.

Yeah, Mr. Darcy needs to show up more! He's practically non-existant in the book until the ending. I feel like the movie version did it much better.Sandyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18119179764394966859noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2897777812787333518.post-61018031141022846562009-06-02T14:41:00.263-07:002009-06-02T14:41:00.263-07:00The love interest's name is Mr. Darcy??
